- besides fun physical aktivity also offers new artistic experiences and the possibility to meet people with similar interests - led by experienced instructor: dancer Lenka Kniha Bartůňková, singer Ridina Ahmedová and actor and dancer Jan Bárta

- They take place every Wednesday: October 2018 - May 2019, 1pm - 2:30pm
By the end of November 2018 you can just come and see how our lessons look like, from December 2018 we expect you to attend the course regularly.

Contemporary dance lessons for adults
The Contemporary dance lessons are led by major figures in the contemporary dance scene, mainly artists working at PONEC.
They take place every Wednesday from 18:30 to 20:00 beginning 3th of October at the PONEC Theatre, Husitská 24A, 130 00 Prague 3.
Who are the lessons for?
- amateur and intermediate level dancers
How much does it cost?
- single lesson: CZK 150 per lesson (CZK 100 per lesson for students)
- 11 lesson package (October – December): CZK 1485 (CZK 990 for students) – 10% discount
How to take part?
- you can buy lessons online or in PONEC Theatre box office (Mo–Fr 6pm–8pm, 1 hour before the start of the performance – on weekend and holiday, except morning performances)
- you can also buy a 11 lesson package ("permanentka") (sold out)

Lecturers
Lenka Kniha Bartůňková
Dancer, choreographer and dance teacher Lenka Kniha Bartůňková, a graduate of the Duncan Centre conservatory in Prague and the Folkwang Hochschule in Essen, has gathered a wealth of experience from her long time working in Germany and Spain.
She has worked together with numerous Czech and foreign choreographers and artists (Robert Olivan, Lorca Renoux, Samir Akika, La Fura dels Baus, Norbert Steinwartz, Ioana Mona Popovici and Chikako Kaido). To this day she works intensively with German group Renegade theater, which focuses on combining contemporary and street dance, breakdance and visual art.
In 2005 she won first prize in the Jarmila Jeřábková choreography competition. She was twice nominated for the main award for discovery in dance in the Sazka Award choreography contest, which she won in 2008 for her piece Knihovna. In 2010 she represented the Czech Republic at the international EXPO 2010 in Shanghai.
