They run. They hope. They know life is after them. They hold on. Hold on to this moment, to the little while of an illusion that there – in the middle of all that emptiness – something real is stuck.
A physical performance about friendship and loneliness within.
The first version of Void performance was created in 2017 under the patronage of VerTeDance company. Unfortunately it had been performed only once, shortly before the company ended its activities. Resulting organization obstacles and searching for a new stable background meant a pause for Void. Recently Veronika Knytlová and physiotherapist and producer Radmila Krásenská gave birth to a new group - Mind Move.
"We felt an attractive potencial of the performance even during reherseals. We liked it and we still do. We believe in its power and the way of communication with an audience - which is more than a dance just MOVEMENT. An ingratiating body language of our daily lives.
The longer break also gave us an opportunity to step back from the theme and to get deeper into it at the same time. A fascination by a fragility and some kind of impenetrability of interpersonal bonds remain a very lively topic for us.
The most important thing that overcame the one year long break is our desire to performe and work on the performance. Void Reloaded has become a new beginnig for us. There is still a lot of work to do, but we are ready to put our hearts into this project."
